Good to hear your dulcet tones again Jay… Sounds great!
Send me your gumbo recipe, and I’ll send Eric Logan an e-mail demanding your presence on some XM channel. (Not that Logan ever listened to me, but I do want the gumbo recipe…)

Excellent. You made this former Louisiana boy salavitate for some real Louisiana food. I was at a party here in the O.C. (california) just this past Saturday where I had pralines made by Louisiana man formerly of Lafayette. Its time for a trip home! Good luck on more bayoucasting.

Dude! Listen to you. You sound like a million bucks. The couple of times we did the radio show together you were great. This is a very impressive piece of work. I look forward to the next one and hope to hear from the lovely Mrs. Jay. Thinking of you down here in Katrina-land. Need to get you an XM show of your own.
